Graduated from Nanking Aviation Institute in 1982. Specialty - calculus mathematics.

1982-1996: employee of the main engineering plant "Chanfen" (Ministry of Aviation Industry). He started as a teacher of factory Training Centre and by the year 1996 became the Deputy Director of the factory.

May 1995 - January 1996: participated in works of the “China Aviation Industry Corporation I” on creation the advertising company of Chinese aircraft-industry.

1996-1999: Director General of main engineering plant "Chanfen". Secretary of the Party Committee.

1990-2001: Chairman of board, Director General and the Secretary of the Party Committee of the “China Aviation Industry Corporation I” and “Xizzhou Chanfen” Public Corporation.

July 2001 - May 2002: Head the Department of Airborne Equipment (“China Aviation Industry Corporation I”).

May 2002 – present: The Senior Vice-president of the “China Aviation Industry Corporation I”.
