BBR Bank JSC is a universal financial and credit institution founded in 1994 in Kaliningrad under the name Karbobank; in 1995 the name was changed to Baltic Bank of Development. In 2012 it was renamed to BBR Bank. The rebranding reflects a new vision of the Bank’s mission: using accumulated experience to provide financial services while taking into account the needs and wishes of each client.
