Betskoy LLC was founded in 2018. The main activity of the company is development. The company owns a property complex located on the Moskvoretskaya Embankment (area of 11 hectares).

Since 2018, the company has been carrying out development, reconstruction and restoration work on the Moscow Imperial Foundling Home project.

In accordance with the approved concept for the development of the territory of the Moscow Imperial Foundling Home project, the new urban space will be organized taking into account the needs of the city and its residents. The territory provides a functional combination of company offices, a unique luxury hotel, children’s development and sports centers, as well as shops, restaurants and private apartments.

The implementation of the project will create more than 9 km of new tourist routes from the Kremlin and Zaryadye Park to the Boulevard Ring and Ivanovskaya Gorka, which will have a positive impact on tourist attractiveness and renew the image of the capital.
