Intergeo Management Company LLC is a Russian mining company formed with the aim of becoming one of the leading producers of battery metals.

The company is carrying out a project for the development of large non-ferrous metal deposits: Ak-Sugskoye in the Republic of Tyva, Kingashskoye and Verkhnekingashskoye in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

In accordance with the directive of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 571-r of March 29, 2019, the Intergeo project to create a battery metal producing company and build mining and processing plants based on the Ak-Sugskoye copper-porphyry deposit and based on the Kingashskoye and Verkhnekingashskoye deposits has been included in the list of priority investment projects implemented as part of the Yenisei Siberia comprehensive investment project. The investment capacity of the project is more than 250 billion rubles.

The company is focused on import substitution and support for domestic producers. The company has engineering, research and development divisions that monitor the Russian market of goods and technologies to find opportunities to replace imported equipment and materials with competitive Russian analogues. When choosing services and equipment for project implementation, all other things being equal, priority is given to goods, works and services of Russian origin. To more effectively solve the problems of import substitution, the company develops cooperation with interested organizations, integrating them into its own production chains and supplier networks.
