The Laboratory of Institutional Project Engineering (IPE-LAB LLC), founded in 2012 (ipe-lab.com), is a venture project of Artur Nikolaevich Pakhomov, Sergey Borisovich Chernyshev and Ruben Grigorievich Pombukhchan – the first organization in Russia to begin research and applied development in the field of impact investing.

The company develops digital technologies in the field of institutional engineering and socio-informational economics, combining them under the name TECHNOECONOMICS.

The main areas of activity of the IPE Laboratory are aimed at implementing projects to create a new generation of management systems for organizing business ecosystems and open (platform) corporations based on a flow of entrepreneurial projects.

The mission of the IPE Laboratory is “We create digital ecosystems for the development of the business environment”.
