NOVATEK

PJSC NOVATEK is the largest independent natural gas producer in Russia. The company is engaged in the exploration, production, processing and sale of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons and has more than twenty years of experience in the Russian oil and gas industry.

The company holds 72 licenses for hydrocarbon exploration and production, mainly in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area, with total proved reserves of 16.4 billion boe (as of the end of 2020). Currently, it produces natural gas, gas condensate and oil at 23 fields. The gas condensate it produces is stabilized at the Purovsky Processing Plant, and the stable gas condensate is then sent for processing to its complex in Ust-Luga.
