PJSC Pacific Investment Group (PJSC TIGR) is a dynamically developing investment company founded in 2014.
The sole founder and current President of PJSC Pacific Investment Group (PJSC TIGR) is Sergey Mikhailovich Darkin, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Governor of Primorsky Krai 2001–2012, Deputy Minister of Regional Development of the Russian Federation 2012–2014.
Currently, PJSC Pacific Investment Group is implementing a number of large investment projects in the mining, petrochemical, port and logistics, and other industries that are key for the Russian Far East.
The Group operates in the following areas: developing a strategy for the economic development of the Russian Far East; investment activities, including participation in the share capital of other legal entities; preparing feasibility studies for investment projects, including projects for import substitution and production localization; structuring financial flows and creating optimal schemes for interaction between financial institutions at various levels; consulting services for attracting investments to the Russian Far East; selecting investment targets, assessing their real potential and financial position; logistics services.
