
RDIF
The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) is a sovereign wealth fund of the Russian Federation with committed capital of $10 billion under management.
RDIF makes direct investments in leading and promising Russian companies together with leading global investors.
The Fund was established in 2011 on the initiative of the President and Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. In all transactions, RDIF acts as a co‑investor alongside major international investors, playing the role of a catalyst in attracting direct investment to Russia.
The Russian Direct Investment Fund has invested 2.1 trillion rubles, of which over 200 billion rubles are RDIF’s funds and over 1.9 trillion rubles are partners’ funds.
RDIF has also attracted over $40 billion of foreign capital into the Russian economy, having built a number of long‑term strategic partnerships.
