On June 2, 2024, a business meeting between representatives of Russian companies and the delegation of the Chinese Federation of Industrial Economies (CFIE) was held in the building of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The event became an important platform for discussing current issues of cooperation and finding new areas of interaction.

The event was attended by 24 representatives from 14 companies – members of the Russian-Chinese Business Council Association, as well as other interested business representatives.

The welcoming speech was made by Vice President of the CCI of the Russian Federation V.I. Padalko, Executive Vice Chairman of the Chinese Federation of Industrial Economy Xiong Meng and, on behalf of the Chairman of the CFIE, Deputy Executive Director I.G. Batalov.

Russian companies presented an analysis of the current situation in their market segments, shared their experience and demonstrated the potential of the domestic industry.

The Chinese delegation expressed interest in developing partnership and discussed possible ways of joint projects in the field of technology, logistics and investment.
The event contributed to the establishment of direct, business contacts between the members of the RCBC and Chinese companies participating in the forum, which determined the high practical value of the dialogue between the members of the RCBC in the Chinese direction.
