On September 10th, 2025, the XIII St. Petersburg International Automobile Forum was held in St.Petersburg as part of the International Exhibition of the Automotive Industry «Auto+Automechanika St. Petersburg». At the invitation of the Forum organizers, the Russian-Chinese Business Council Association took part in the panel session «Support for Industry Development. New Solutions».

During the session, on behalf of the Business Council, the Advisor of the RCBC N.A. Safronov made a report on the topic — «Localization of production using modern technologies».

As an example of bilateral cooperation and the creation of joint Russian-Chinese automobile manufacturing enterprises in Russia, the report noted the successful experience of RCDS members such as JSC AvtoVAZ, LLC AGR Holding, and «Rostekh» State Corporation in working with Chinese automobile concerns.

The panel session was also attended by the Executive Director of YURS-RUS LLC S.A. Dmitrienko; Chairman of the Board of the Business Association of Clusters of the Russian Federation S.V. Mayorov; General Director of PKR LLC D.S. Novitsky; Director of Robovizard LLC, member of the Board of NAURR I.Yu. Ryzhenkov; General Director of the Association of Mechanical Engineering Organizations «Automobile Industrial Cluster of the Ulyanovsk Region» A.V. Sedov, founder of OOO «Component» V.A. Trofimenko; Vice President of the company «Caesar Satellite» S.O. Fokin.

The speakers emphasized the importance of supporting the development of the national auto industry, introducing innovative technologies into production and attracting investment.
