
A‑Property
A‑Property is a Russian company founded and owned by the businessman Albert Avdolyan. Its field of activity is strategic investments in enterprises and rehabilitation of distressed assets. The assets of A‑Property include such companies as PJSC Yakutsk Fuel and Energy Company, Elgaugol Management Company, Elgaugol, Elga‑Road and Elga‑Trans.
The company’s core asset is the Elga Coal Complex in Yakutia. The Elga deposit is one of the world’s largest deposits of high‑quality coking coal, with reserves estimated at 2.2 billion tonnes.
PJSC YATEC is the main gas producing enterprise of Yakutia, holding licenses for the commercial development of the Srednevilyuiskoye and Mastakhskoye gas condensate fields, geological study, exploration and production at the Tolonsky license area, and geological study within the Tymtaidakhsky license area.
As of December 31, 2020, YATEC’s balance reserves amounted to 392 billion cubic metres of natural gas and 17 million tonnes of gas condensate. Annual production is 1.7 billion cubic metres of gas and 120 thousand tonnes of gas condensate.
In January 2021, the company obtained the right to use subsurface resources for the purpose of geological study, exploration and production of hydrocarbon raw materials at three new license areas: Severny, Yuzhny and Maisky in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), with a total area of 43.5 thousand square kilometres and aggregate resources of 359.1 billion cubic metres of gas, 21.6 million tonnes of gas condensate and 64.2 million tonnes of oil.
