En+ Group is a global leader in the production of low-carbon aluminum and renewable energy.

The company is the largest aluminum producer outside of China (annual capacity — 3.9 million tons). The installed capacity of En+ Group’s hydropower plants is 15.1 GW, which ensures leadership among independent energy companies. The En+ Group team consists of about 90,000 employees working on five continents.

The Group’s strategic priorities are: vertical integration and resource provision across the entire aluminum production chain (electricity, raw materials, final products), maintaining and strengthening highly profitable aluminum production with low risk, and increasing shareholder returns.

En+ Group’s operations center is located in Siberia, where the Group’s largest aluminum smelters and hydroelectric power plants are located. This geography and combination of assets form the basis of En+ Group’s vertically integrated business model: the aluminum plants receive clean hydroelectric power, which ensures low costs (ranking in the top 10 among global aluminum companies) and environmental sustainability of production (carbon footprint almost four times lower than the industry average). Furthermore, En+ Group is the only aluminum producer in the world fully supplied with its own hydropower and alumina, and 70% supplied with bauxite and nephelines, which together account for more than 60% of all metal production costs.
