
SKA Arena
The company SKA Arena was founded and registered in Saint Petersburg on December 20, 2017. The main activities of the company include the construction of residential and non-residential buildings and structures.
Today, SKA Arena LLC, on the principles of public-private partnership, together with the Government of Saint Petersburg, is implementing a project to build the world’s largest indoor ice arena and create a large park area on the adjacent territory.
The total investment in the project is preliminarily estimated at 38.5 billion rubles, of which 10 billion rubles are allocated from the budget of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation — the city of Saint Petersburg.
The corresponding concession agreement was signed in January 2020. The multifunctional sports and leisure complex is being built for the Ice Hockey World Championship, which will be held in Saint Petersburg in 2023.
The general designer and general contractor of the construction is the «Gorka» Group of Companies.
