Work is being undertaken to increase the volume of supplies of Russian coal to China

The Russian-Chinese Business Council on behalf of the Chairman of the Council, Gennady Nikolayevich Timchenko is working to find ways in order to increase the placing of Russian coal on the PRC market. In this regard, on January 29, with the assistance of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Moscow, a working meeting was held via videoconferencing between big Russian companies operating in the coal industry and the Chinese company “Fujian Guohang Ocean Shipping” (Group) Co., Ltd. The meeting was aimed at finding ways and new forms of work so as to increase the share of Russian coal in the PRC market. The parties exchanged views on the situation and discussed a work plan for further interaction.
