RCBC member PJSC «FESCO» and Neptune Logistics agree to develop land-based container transportation between Russia and China

Transport Group RCBC member PJSC «DVMP» (hereinafter — «FESCO») and the Chinese logistics company Neptune Logistics signed a cooperation agreement during the TransRussia exhibition on March 19, 2026, aimed at organizing container transportation between China and Russia via land border crossings.

The document was signed by Alexey Russol, Director for Supply Chain Management at FESCO Integrated Transport (FIT, part of FESCO), and Egor Braginets, General Director of Neptune Logistics Rus LLC.

The parties intend to develop joint competitive transport products using their existing assets and expertise. The agreements provide for cooperation in import and export rail freight transportation between Russia and China, as well as transit routes through third countries.

According to Alexey Russol, in the current changing environment it is particularly important to build strong partnerships with a wide network of routes. Cooperation with Neptune Logistics will help improve the reliability of transportation through land border crossings and maintain stable service quality and delivery times for clients.
